Good day! Tomorrow May 2, 2025 Our students will be taking Math 7th Grade and 8th Grade assessments.
Please ensure that your child arrives on campus no later than 7:30 A.M. for testing. This is essential to ensure that we can start the assessments promptly. Additionally, please note the following important reminders:
No cell phones, hoodies, backpacks, or purses will be allowed on campus during testing.
If your child requires personal care items, they must be stored in the main office.
Again, your unwavering support plays a critical role in helping us move toward our goal of becoming a "B" Rated High School.

A Special Called Board Meeting/Teleconference/Zoom with the Board of Trustees of the West Tallahatchie School District will be held May 01, 2025 beginning at 01:30 PM at the District Office, 6470 Friendship West Road, Sumner, Mississippi.
REMINDER
On April 8, 2025, the Board approved one make-up day for the district's closure for inclement weather on February 19, 2025. Students' last day changed from May 29, 2025 to May 30, 2025. Teachers' last day changed from May 30, 2025 to June 2, 2025.
